Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

Hello all,
I'm John Waugh from Portland, Maine, USA. My Waugh's trace back thru Newfoundland via Matthew Waugh who came to settle there around 1837.

I have posted elsewhere my family name interests and will update those posts soon.

I have been interested in genealogy research for about 12 years or so. Fascinating still!

I also currently have an Ancestry full membership and would be willing to occasionally do a specific individual name search if it could help anyone corroborate or discover information.
