Hi,

I love GRAND BANKS as a resource, and have used it for several years. It is wonderful that we now have this message board to help us around the many "brick walls" or "rock walls" in Newfoundland. I live in California and once visited St. John's for a week of ancestral research to learn about my own ancestors. Now I must rely on online data and direct contacts with other researchers.

Greetings from Torbay, Newfoundland.
You said that you spent a week in Newfoundland doing research on your ancestors.
