Hi my name is Allan McKenzie and I will be visiting the Gros Morne area in July with my wife. My father (Ro)Bert McKenzie was born in Glenburnie in July 1920; a photo of him and his cousin George Young is shown in the St Barbe District photo album. We will be arriving in Deer Lake on the 18th, staying in Cow Head and then returning to England on the 22nd. If anyone in the Glenburnie / Woody Point area is free to talk about Dad, or anything to do with my family history, then please contact me through the forum.
