Newfoundland's Grand Banks Message Board

My name is Frank Walsh and I am researching my Walsh, Snow, Pike, Sheehan Family tree. All my Walshes are St. John's Walshes the rest are from Harbour Grace/Carbonear. My Grandmother (Sarah Jane Pike Sheehan) was the daughter of William Pike and Anna Dora Sheehan of Harbour Grace but the father died on the way back from a fishing trip to Labrador (vessel lost). Sarah went to live with her grandparents (Sheehans of Harbour Grace) and later married Patrick Walsh of Lazy Bank (Pleasant Street) in St. John's. Anna Dora later married a William Snow of Harbour Grace.
