Pulling together family history/genealogy information on: - Christian Family descending from Jacob Christensen who arrived in Trinity approx 1803, married Mary Murphy, and is buried as "Jacob Christian" in Trinity's Old Methodist Cemetery. - Coleridge Family descending from William John Coleridge, b. 1866 Catalina [married Deborah Hiscock, b. 1875 Catalina]; their son, Peter, is my maternal grandfather. Any help, contacts, etc would be soooo greatly appreciated. |

I don't have any information on the COLERIDGE family, but I do have the family history of Mary Frances LANDER who married Peter COLERIDGE. Would that be of help to you? |

My grandfather, Peter Coleridge, married Mabel Christian, and they raised their 3 children in Trinity, Trinity Bay. HOWEVER.... I do recall that he had a grandfather? / uncle? / also named Peter. Perhaps that Peter is Mary Frances Lander's spouse. I'll have to 'dig' out the papers where I wrote the notes/relationship down.... but in the interim, if it's not too much trouble, I'd appreciate info that you have regarding date/place, etc on Mary and Peter's marriage. Thank you so much! |
