the Presiding Judge thereof
The Petition of Andrew Roff and Matilda his wife
Humbly Sheweth: -
That Edward Britt of Twillingate
died about Seventeen years ago leaving
his surviving as next of Kin ??? wife of James Peyton, Elizabeth wife of James Hudder Catherine wife of William Baird, Susan since dead wife of Walter Manuel, John since dead and Mark Britt of Wild
Cove your Petitioner Matilda Roff another Widow Mary Britt since dead
That deceased left a will which
was duly probated by the executors
thereof. The said Probate is hereto
annexed with a copy of the said
Will. That under the said will Your
Petitioner Matilda Roff became
possessed of a certain piece or parcel
of land in Twillingate. That certain
trespasses have been committed on the
said land by persons resident in
Twillingate and it is necessary in the
interest of the same to take action in
the Supreme Court now sitting at Twillingate
That both the executors under the
Will of the said Edward Britt have
died and there is now no probate
or administration to the Will or Estate
of the said Edward Britt
Your Petitioners therefore pray
that an administration for the purposes
of b??ing suit against the said
parties or any parties who may
have committed any wrongs against
the property of of Petitioners claimed
under the said Will may be granted
??? and as in duty bound they
will every pray

far as his Goods will extend; and that we will exhibit a true, full, and
perfect Inventory of the said Goods of the deceased, and render a true account of
our Administration into the Registry of the said Court, within six
months from the date hereof, or when we shal be thereunto lawfully required ;
and that the whole of the goods, rights, chattels, assets, credits and effects of the said deceased, which he died possessed of, within the jurisdiction of th?
