memory I go back to Pinchard's Island, that little place I always
will adore. I hear the boats a chugging in the morning, and watch
the caplin roll in on the shore. Still, if God would grant to
me a second Heaven, one favour I would ask Him that's for sure,
to make me a boy again on Pinchard's Island, with all the folks
I knew in days of yore. Full well I know this can never happen,
we never can turn back the page of time. So in memory this old
heart will always wander, back to that Island Home that once
was mine."
